All homes on the website with the label "new" are still available.
If, after carefully reading the ad text and viewing the photos, you are interested in a home,
follow the steps described on the "how do we work" page.
Yes, that is possible. We do, however, recommend viewing a home to avoid any
disappointments. But if a viewing is impossible, we can send you photos/films to give you an idea of the property in question.
On the "How do we work" page, you can find out what documents you need to provide in order to rent a home.
The requirements are described in the text for each home. In many cases, properties are also suitable for students.
If you are interested in renting the home after the viewing, let the broker know as soon as possible. This can be done by email, phone or WhatsApp.
The owner of the property.
We always try to provide clarity as soon as possible. In most cases, we can inform you within a maximum of one week.
We do for some homes, this can vary from property to property.
You are advised to send an email to info@benvastgoedbeheer.nl.
Your deposit will be returned (on correct return delivery) in most cases within 8 weeks at the latest.
If your rented property is managed by Ben Vastgoedbeheer, you can submit your technical report via app.facilitee.com
Yes you can with a maximum term of 2 years and in case of shared housing a maximum of 5 years.

This means that the home in question is as good as rented out, there is then still a small chance that the home will still become available. This depends on various surrounding factors.
Ideally, we would like to keep all potential tenants informed about the rental process. However, this is unfortunately not possible due to the huge housing shortage. We advise you to keep an eye on our website, where you can see whether a home has been rented out, whether or not with conditions.
