By doing it that way, and working together, you get better tenants in the homes. By working with Benhousing, we can make a much better selection to get good tenants in our homes. We also do this together. They make the appointments for the viewing with the prospective tenants who would like to live in the vacant home. When the viewing has been completed, the prospective tenants come for a personal meeting with me at the benhousing office. In order to gain a clear insight with each other, whether landlord and tenant really fit together. When this conversation has been completed, the landlord and tenant can indicate whether they want to continue with each other, I personally think this is super important, the mutual feeling must be good. If this is missing at the start, we will not continue with this tenant, or tenant not with us. For us, the start of an agreement must be good, if this is not really right, then there will be problems in the future, that has caused us problems in the past, we want to prevent this as much as possible.

Now that we have been working together in this way for many years, we can say that it has brought us a lot! There are super good tenants in the homes provided by Ben Housing, there is virtually no nagging, with exceptions of course. Not flawless, but satisfied

To be honest, the cooperation with benhousing.nl did not run smoothly. After viewing several homes, I found the home I wanted to rent. However, it took 4 days before I received an agreement on my papers, which took a very long time! Fortunately, Jennifer (Ben Housing) drew up the rental agreement that same day and I was able to sign and get the keys right away! My tip to you; keep your tenants well informed about the property they would like to rent, so you avoid irritation!
