Ben Housing has been active for over 18 years as a full-service property company in and around Rotterdam and specialises in renting out and managing housing in the middle and higher rental segment.
Ben Housing distinguishes itself through its broad (legal) property knowledge, experience and
large network and strives to provide its clients (landlords) as much as possible with advice so that
they can realise the highest possible return. In a constantly changing rental market, Ben Housing's
team stays abreast of the correct legislation and regulations through close cooperation with the
team of property specialists within DVDW Advocaten.
Besides being an expert in housing rental (unfurnished, semi and fully furnished), Ben Housing has
a second area of expertise: property management, both technical and financial. Sister company
Ben Vastgoedbeheer has its own team of specialists who work closely with a team of permanent
contractors and technical staff. Every month, the team handles the rent payments for its regular
clients.
In short, both teams can fully facilitate clients in both renting out and managing the property.
